Online stores, built and run for you.
Bakeries, makers, digital downloads, anyone selling directly to their own customers. You keep control of your products. We handle everything underneath.
Builds from $2,500. Management $299 a month.
Why a store is different
A store is not a website with a buy button. There is checkout, payment processing, tax and shipping rules, order records, receipts, refunds, and a customer who is now waiting on something they paid for. When any of that breaks, it is not an inconvenience. It is revenue stopping. That is why stores are their own tier rather than an add-on to a brochure site.
How the work splits
You run your catalog
Products, prices, photos, stock, and descriptions. You add a product from your phone in a couple of minutes, and you never wait on us or pay for an edit. We train you at launch and write the guide.
We run the store
Hosting, security, backups, checkout, payment connection, the order pipeline, tax and shipping configuration, the template, and every technical thing that has to keep working.
Why it works that way
This split is deliberate. Your inventory changes constantly and you know it better than anyone. Making you email a developer to change a price is how stores go stale. The store itself is the part that needs someone technical watching it, so that is the part we take.
What it costs
From $2,500
Store build
Storefront, product pages, cart and checkout, payment connection, shipping and tax rules, order notifications, and up to 25 products loaded with you. Includes a working session where we set up your catalog together.
$299 / mo
Store management
Hosting, SSL, backups, uptime and checkout monitoring, platform updates, unlimited changes to the store itself, a monthly report, and same-day priority when the order path breaks. $2,990 if you prepay the year.
How requests work
You can send as many change requests as you want. We work them one at a time, in the order they arrive, and start the next when the current one ships. Your turnaround is how long a request takes once we begin it, not how long it waits behind other work. Anything broken in the order path skips the queue entirely. A store that cannot take payment is not a change request, it is an emergency, and it gets handled the same day.
You get a monthly report
Every month you get a written report in your portal: uptime, every change we made, how the checkout performed, and your order activity. A month where nothing breaks otherwise looks like a month where nothing happened. The report is how you can see what you are paying for.
Annual prepay
Pay twelve months upfront and two are free. Store management is $2,990 for the year instead of $3,588. If you cancel partway through, we refund the unused whole months. Prepaying gets you a discount, not a trap.

- Same-day priority when anything in the order path is broken
- A monthly report covering uptime, changes, and order activity
- Your domain, your store, your customer data, all yours
What is not included
Not included, and quoted separately: product photography, writing product descriptions, bulk catalog entry or migration from another platform, subscriptions and recurring billing, wholesale or trade pricing tiers, marketplace integrations, and paid advertising. We also do not handle your customer service. Order questions, refunds, and shipping problems go to you, because they are conversations with your customers about your product. What we handle is the machinery those conversations depend on.
Payments and tax, plainly
You will need a payment processor account in your own business name. We connect it, we never hold it, and money moves from your customer to you without passing through us. We take no cut of your sales, ever. Sales tax is your responsibility. We configure the rules you tell us to configure. We are not accountants and do not advise on where you owe tax.
Tell us about your store
What you sell, roughly how many products, and whether you are starting fresh or moving from somewhere else. Written quote within five business days. No sales call.
Questions store owners ask
What does a store build actually cost?
Around $2,500 for a straightforward store with up to 25 products. What moves it is product count, whether you need anything beyond standard checkout, and how much of the catalog we load versus you. You get an exact number in writing before anything starts.
Who adds new products?
You do, and that is on purpose. Adding a product takes a couple of minutes in the dashboard and you can do it from your phone. We set up your catalog together at launch and leave you a written guide. It means you never wait on us to change a price or mark something sold out.
What does management cost?
$299 a month, or $2,990 if you pay for the year upfront, which works out to two months free. If you cancel partway through a prepaid year we refund the unused whole months.
How many changes can I request?
As many as you want. We work them one at a time in the order they arrive, and start the next when the current one ships. Anything broken in the checkout or order path skips the queue and gets handled the same day.
What do I get each month?
A written report in your portal every month: uptime, every change we made, how the checkout performed, and your order activity. It exists because a month where nothing breaks otherwise looks like a month where nothing happened.
Can you move our store from Shopify or Etsy?
Yes, though bulk migration is quoted separately since it depends entirely on how your current data comes out. Tell us what platform you are on and we will scope it.
How do payments work?
You will need an account with a payment processor in your business name. We connect it to the store. Payments go straight from your customer to your account, Goodform never touches the money or holds card details, and we take no percentage of your sales.
Who handles customer service?
That comes to you. Order questions, refunds, and shipping issues are conversations with your customers about your product, and you are far better placed to have them. If something is broken in the checkout or order system itself, that is ours and it gets priority.
What counts as an in-scope change?
Changes to the store's pages, layout, text, and structure are unlimited and included. Building something the store does not have yet, like subscriptions, a wholesale tier, or a custom integration, is quoted before any work starts.
Can you do digital products, not physical ones?
Yes. Digital downloads work well and are simpler than physical goods since there is no shipping to configure. Delivery is automatic after payment.
What happens if we leave?
Your domain, your store content, your product data, and your customer records are yours. On cancellation you get an export and a written transition plan, and the store stays online for thirty days while you move.
