Websites for service businesses.

Contractors, cleaners, salons, landscapers, movers, trainers, consultants. Anywhere in the US. If people hire you to do a job, this page is for you.

Builds start at $800. Management from $99 a month.

The website problems service businesses actually have.

People check you out before they call.

A customer gets your name from a neighbor, then looks you up. If your site is slow, dated, or hard to read on a phone, that lead quietly goes to the next name on the list.

You're the owner, the crew, and the office.

Nobody has time to chase a web person over a text change. Most service business sites go stale because there's no one whose job it is to keep them current.

The site never got finished.

Most owners start a site, get it eighty percent there, and run out of hours. That's not a failure of effort. It's what happens when the website is nobody's actual job.

How it works

  1. Review.

Free, in writing. If you have a site, we review it. If you don't, we scope one. No sales call and no obligation.

  2. Build.

We write the copy, build the pages, set up your service areas, and wire the contact form. You approve everything in writing before it goes live.

  3. Managed.

Hosting, updates, security, and changes whenever you need them. You send an email, it gets done, you get a written confirmation.

Where we work

Goodform works remotely with service businesses anywhere in the United States. There's no office to visit and no meeting to schedule. Everything happens in writing, on your schedule, which is the point. Your website is a different story. It gets built for the market you actually serve: your city, your surrounding towns, the neighborhoods you cover. Service area pages, local business schema, and your Google Business Profile all set up so people searching near you find you, not a competitor two states over. We're national. Your site isn't.

Build packages

Every build is priced on what you actually need. The starting point is $800. What moves the number is page count, how many services and service areas you list, whether you need booking or quote forms, and how much content has to be written from scratch. You get an exact quote in writing before anything starts. No hourly surprises.

How requests actually work

On Standard and above you can send as many change requests as you want. There's no monthly quota and no hourly allowance. We work them one at a time, in the order they arrive. When one ships, the next one starts. The turnaround on your plan is how long a request takes once we begin it, not how long it sits behind other work. This is what makes unlimited a real offer instead of a marketing word. You are never rationing requests, and we are never sitting on a pile of forty things nobody has touched. In practice almost nobody has more than one thing waiting. If something is urgent and it isn't at the front, say so. We'll move it.

What counts as a change

A change is anything to do with what already exists on your site. Rewriting text on any page, swapping or adding photos, updating hours, prices, staff, and service descriptions, adding to lists that are already there, publishing a post from copy you send us. New construction is different: a custom component built from scratch, a page type your site doesn't have yet, a redesign, new functionality, or connecting another system. Those get quoted in writing before any work starts, and we tell you the moment a request crosses that line rather than after. The question is always whether we're maintaining what you have or building something new. If it's genuinely unclear, it counts as included.

You get a report

Every plan includes a written report in your client portal. Quarterly on Lite, monthly on Standard and above. It covers what actually happened: uptime, every change we made that month, how your site performed, what your Google listing did if we manage it, and orders if you run a store. Written in plain language, not a dashboard full of numbers you have to interpret. The reason this exists is simple. In a month where nothing breaks, a maintenance service is invisible. The report is how you can see what you're paying for.

Annual prepay

Pay twelve months upfront and you get two of them free. Lite is $990 for the year instead of $1,188. Standard is $1,490 instead of $1,788. Pro is $1,990 instead of $2,388. Add-ons work the same way. If you cancel partway through, we refund the unused whole months. Prepaying gets you a discount, not a trap.

Included in every plan

The baseline that comes with every monthly plan. Higher tiers add turnaround speed and growth work on top of this.

  • Hosting, SSL, backups, and security
  • Uptime monitoring
  • A written report in your portal
  • Mobile-first pages that load fast on a phone
  • Google Business Profile and map listing connected
  • Local business structure so search engines and AI assistants know what you do and where you do it
  • Your domain and your content stay yours
  • Accessibility practices and one-business-day turnaround start at the Standard plan

Add-on: Logo and brand identity

If your business needs a mark, or the one you have no longer fits, we design it and carry it through the site so everything matches. Quoted per project, since scope varies. Available with any build.

Add-on: Google Business Profile and social

For a lot of service businesses, Google Maps sends more calls than the website does. That listing is also the thing most likely to disappear without warning. 2026 has seen repeated waves of profile suspensions, and service-area businesses like contractors, movers, and landscapers get held to a tighter standard than most. These add-ons sit on top of any monthly management plan.

Local Presence add-ons

$49 / mo

Watch

We watch your Google listing so it doesn't vanish quietly. Suspension and edit-change alerts, name-address-phone drift monitoring, a quarterly compliance audit, and listing activity in your monthly report.

$199 / mo

Active

Everything in Watch, plus your listing actively managed: two posts a month, photo uploads, review responses drafted for your approval, and a quarterly check on where you sit against local competitors.

$299 / mo

Social

Everything in Active, plus eight posts a month to Instagram and Facebook, built from the same photos. One batch of job-site photos, published everywhere it counts.

How the add-ons work

One-time setup is $450. That covers claiming and verifying your listing, fixing categories and attributes, aligning your name, address, and phone with your website, a first photo pass, and a written baseline report. If your listing is already in good shape, we'll tell you and skip it. You supply the photos. Ten usable photos a month is all we ask, taken on your phone at your own job sites. We handle everything after that. No photography, no site visits, no stock imagery pretending to be your work. Comments and direct messages go straight to you, not to us. Those are your customers and your voice. Paid advertising is quoted separately. And if Google suspends a listing, reinstatement is real work, so it's quoted at a flat $500 rather than buried in a monthly fee. No guarantees on rankings. Nobody honest sells those. What we sell is a listing that stays accurate, stays live, and stays fed.

Add-on: Business email

Email on your own domain, on your own account. Spam filtering, backups, and the DNS records that keep your mail out of junk folders. No ads, no mailbox scanning. Available with any monthly plan.

Email plans

$150 one-time

Domain, mail records, and up to five mailboxes configured, with written setup guides for your phone and computer. Moving from Google, Microsoft, or GoDaddy is $350 and includes transferring your existing mail.

$25 / mo

Small

Up to 5 mailboxes on your domain. Spam filtering, daily backups, and mail records maintained.

$45 / mo

Team

Up to 15 mailboxes. Same service, more seats, for crews and offices.

Questions owners ask

How much does a website for a service business cost?

Builds start at $800 and go up based on how many pages, services, and service areas you need. Monthly management runs $99 to $199. You get an exact quote in writing before any work starts.

If changes are unlimited, how fast do they actually get done?

We work one request at a time, in the order they come in. When one ships, the next starts. Your plan's turnaround is how long a request takes once we begin it. In practice most clients never have more than one thing waiting, so it rarely comes up. If something is urgent and it isn't at the front of your queue, tell us and we'll move it.

What counts as an in-scope change?

Anything that already exists on your site. Rewrite the text on a page, swap photos, update your hours or prices, change a service description, add a name to your team list, publish a post from copy you send us. What's not included is new construction: a custom component built from scratch, a page type your site doesn't have, a redesign, new functionality, or connecting another system. We quote those in writing first, and we'll tell you as soon as a request crosses the line rather than doing the work and surprising you with an invoice.

Is there a discount for paying yearly?

Yes. Pay twelve months upfront and two are free, so Standard is $1,490 for the year instead of $1,788. If you cancel partway through, we refund the unused whole months. It's a discount, not a lock-in.

How do I know what I'm paying for each month?

Yes. Every plan includes a written report in your client portal, quarterly on Lite and monthly on Standard and above. It covers uptime, every change we made, how the site performed, your Google listing if we manage it, and store orders if you have them. Plain language, not a wall of numbers.

Do you work with businesses outside your area?

Yes. Goodform is remote and works with service businesses anywhere in the United States. Everything happens in writing, so time zones and distance don't slow anything down. Your site is still built specifically for your local market.

Do I have to pay monthly, or can I just buy the site?

Management is how the site stays fast, secure, and current, so it's part of every engagement. The Lite plan at $99 a month is the floor, and it covers hosting, security, backups, uptime monitoring, four change requests a month, and a quarterly report.

I don't have a website at all yet. Is that a problem?

That's common and it's fine. Tell us what you do, where you work, and who you want calling you, and we'll quote the build from scratch. You don't need existing copy, photos, or a domain to start the conversation.

How long does it take?

Most Starter and Standard builds go live in two to four weeks. Your total time investment is about two hours, almost all of it in writing, on your schedule.

I already have a website. Can you take it over?

Usually yes. The free review will tell you what's worth keeping, what needs fixing, and what should be rebuilt, before you commit to anything.

Can you do our logo and branding too?

Yes. We design the mark and carry it through the site, so the logo, colors, and type all match rather than looking assembled from different places. It's quoted per project rather than packaged, since a fresh identity and a light refresh are very different jobs.

What happens if I cancel the monthly plan?

Your domain and your content are yours and always were. After the three month minimum you can cancel with thirty days' notice. On cancellation we hand over all your content and a written transition plan, and we keep the site online for thirty days while you move it. Nothing is held hostage.

Will my site show up on Google in my area?

Your site is built with the structure search engines and AI assistants need to understand what you do and where you do it: service pages, service area pages, local business schema, and a connected Google Business Profile. Nobody honest promises rankings, but we build so you're findable in the places you actually work.

Do you use AI on my website or social posts?

We use AI as a drafting tool the way most businesses do now, for post captions, first drafts, and research. Nothing goes out under your name without a person reading it first, and we won't put a chatbot on your site or let software improvise answers to your customers. If you'd rather we not use it at all on your account, say so and we won't.

Can you manage my Google listing?

Only if you have a Google Business Profile with a real, eligible address or service area. Google has been strict about this in 2026. PO boxes, mailbox rentals, and unstaffed offices don't qualify. We'll tell you honestly during the review whether your listing is eligible before you pay for anything.

Can you move our existing email from Google or Microsoft?

Yes. Setup is $350 and covers transferring your existing mail, contacts, and folders, then switching your mail records over. We schedule the switch for a quiet evening so nothing gets missed.

Who owns our email account?

Your email lives in an account registered to your business, not pooled with other clients. If you leave, we hand you the login and your mail stays exactly where it is. Nothing to migrate and nothing to lose.

What email support is included?

We support webmail and provide written setup guides for phones and desktop apps. If you want us to configure devices individually or recover something unusual, that's billed hourly and quoted first.

We're a clinic or a therapy practice. Can you do these for us?

Social media and Google Business Profile work are quoted case by case, and we do handle both for organizations outside this page. What we don't take on is email hosting for a clinical practice, because a practice mailbox can end up holding patient information, and that requires an agreement and infrastructure we don't provide. Review responses for clinical practices also work differently, since publicly acknowledging a reviewer can confirm that someone was a patient. Tell us what you do and we'll tell you plainly what we can and can't take on.
