Who you're working with
Goodform is run by me, Jon-Luke Diericks. When you work with Goodform, I'm the person who builds your site and I'm the person who maintains it. There's no account manager in between, and nothing gets lost in a handoff. I've been building for the web for over a decade and have shipped dozens of production sites, with a focus on accessibility, speed, and the kind of structure that makes a practice findable.
How I work
Everything in writing, on your schedule. You'll never be asked to hop on a call to get something done. Requests get a reply within one business day. Changes come with written confirmation. Decisions get documented so nothing lives in anyone's memory. Calm, in other words.
