Pricing for practices

Medical, dental, therapy, physical therapy, chiropractic, optometry, veterinary, and other clinical practices. Prices are on this page, because you should not have to book a call to find out what something costs.

Every tier includes the one below it

Three tiers. Each one includes everything in the tier before it, so the only question is how far up you need to go, not which features you are trading away. Start where it makes sense. Moving up later is a conversation, not a rebuild.

What actually changes as you move up

Pages
Launch up to 10. Growth up to 15. Multi-Location up to 30.
Change turnaround
One business day on Launch and Growth. Same day on Multi-Location. Measured from when we start a request, not when you send it.
Search and AI structure
Growth and above. Service pages, structured data, and the markup that lets search engines and AI assistants describe your practice accurately.
Google Business Profile
Growth and above. Connected to the site and kept consistent with it.
Locations
Multi-Location adds a page per site and a provider directory that spans them.
Everything else
Hosting, security, backups, monitoring, accessibility practices, privacy-conscious intake, unlimited changes, and a monthly report are on every tier including Launch.

Two ways to pay

Every tier costs the same in the end. You choose how to pay for it. Pay the setup fee upfront and your monthly rate is the lower number from day one. Or skip the setup fee entirely and pay a higher monthly for the first twelve months, after which it drops to that same lower rate. The second option spreads the build cost across your first year instead of asking for it before anything exists. Most practices take it.

Annual prepay

Practices paying the setup fee upfront can prepay a year of the monthly rate and get two months free. Launch is $3,990 for the year instead of $4,788. Growth is $5,990 instead of $7,188. Multi-Location is $8,990 instead of $10,788. If you spread the build across your first year instead, annual prepay becomes available from month thirteen, once your rate has dropped to the ongoing number. Either way, if you cancel partway through a prepaid year we refund the unused whole months.

What unlimited changes means

Unlimited means unlimited, within the site you have. Rewriting a page, updating your provider roster, swapping photos, changing hours or insurance details, adding a service to an existing list, publishing an article you send us. As often as you need, at no extra cost. We work requests one at a time, in the order they arrive. When one ships, the next starts. Your plan's turnaround is how long a request takes once we begin it. In practice most practices never have more than one thing waiting, and if something is urgent you can say so and we'll move it to the front. What sits outside all this is new construction: a page type that doesn't exist yet, a custom component built from scratch, a redesign, new functionality, or an integration with another system. We tell you when a request crosses that line and quote it before doing anything.

You get a monthly report

Every month you get a written report in your client portal. It covers uptime, every change we made, how the site performed on real devices, accessibility review notes, and what your search and AI-answer visibility looked like. In a month where nothing breaks, a maintenance service is invisible. The report is how you can see what you're paying for, and how you can show your partners the same thing.

Why practices pay more

These plans carry work that general web vendors don't do: accessibility held to a healthcare standard, privacy-conscious intake forms and content, referral-source structure, and language reviewed for a clinical context. That's what the price reflects. If you run a service business or sell online rather than running a practice, the work is different and so is the price. Builds start at $800 with management from $99 a month.

Capacity

Goodform serves a maximum of 10 practices. This is a boutique service by design. Service business and online store clients are a separate track and aren't counted against those ten. Practice capacity is never reduced by that work.

Questions practice owners ask

What kinds of practices do you work with?

Any practice whose website carries obligations a general web designer wouldn't think about. Medical and specialty, dental and orthodontic, therapy and counseling, physical and occupational therapy, speech pathology, chiropractic, optometry, audiology, podiatry, dermatology, and veterinary. The specialty changes and the underlying work doesn't. If you're not sure whether you fit, ask.

Can we start at Launch and move up later?

Yes, and moving up doesn't mean rebuilding anything. Each tier includes everything in the one below it, so an upgrade adds pages or capability to the site you already have. Sixty days notice either direction.

Which payment option should we pick?

The total is the same either way. Paying the setup fee upfront gets you the lower monthly rate immediately. Skipping it means a higher monthly for twelve months, then it drops. Choose based on your cash flow, not on which is cheaper, because neither one is.

Is there a discount for paying yearly?

Yes. Prepay a year of the monthly rate and two months are free. If you cancel partway through, we refund the unused whole months. If you're spreading the build across year one, prepay opens up at month thirteen.

If changes are unlimited, how fast do they actually get done?

We work one request at a time, in the order they arrive. When one ships, the next starts. Your plan's turnaround is how long a request takes once we begin it, not how long it waits behind other work. Most practices never have more than one thing in the queue. If something is urgent, say so and it goes to the front.

Is there a contract?

Month to month after launch. There's a three-month minimum at the start, because building a site properly takes that long to prove itself. After that you can leave any time with thirty days' notice.

Who owns the website?

You own your domain and your content, always. If you leave, we hand over your content and give you a written transition plan. No hostage situations.

How long until my new site is live?

About four weeks from kickoff, and your total time investment is roughly two hours. Almost all of it in writing, on your schedule.

Do you use AI to respond to people who contact us through the site?

No. When someone reaches out through your site, the confirmation they see is static text a person wrote and approved. Nothing is generated in the moment. People contact a practice on hard days, sometimes in real distress. A generated reply can't recognize that, and it shouldn't be the first thing they hear from you. This is written into your agreement, not just stated here.

Can you handle patient information?

We build the site so it can collect an inquiry safely, which means the minimum information needed to respond and no promises the technology can't keep. We don't take on patient portals, records, or anything that stores clinical information, and we're not a HIPAA Business Associate under a standard agreement. If you need more than that, we'll tell you plainly rather than pretending otherwise.

Is the site ADA compliant?

We build to accessibility practices aligned with WCAG 2.1 Level AA and review it as part of ongoing maintenance, which is more than most practice sites get. What we won't do is call a site compliant, because conformance depends on your content, third-party components, and how the law is being read this year. Anyone selling you a compliance guarantee or an overlay widget is overstating what they can deliver.

We already have a website. Can you take it over?

Usually, yes. The Referral-Readiness Audit will tell you exactly what we'd keep, fix, or rebuild, before you commit to anything.

Start with the audit.

Free, in writing, and there's no sales call. Worst case you learn something about your site and never hear from us again.
