How Goodform works
One monthly price. Your website built, hosted, secured, and updated for as long as you're a client. Everything in writing, on your schedule.
One monthly price. Everything handled.
Goodform isn't a web design project. It's a service. You don't buy a website and then watch it age. Your site gets built, hosted, secured, updated, and improved continuously. When something needs to change, you send an email. It gets done, and you get a written confirmation when it's live.
Included at every tier
- Hosting, security, and backups
- Changes to the site you have, worked one at a time
- A written report in your client portal
- Accessibility practices aligned with WCAG 2.1 AA
- Speed and Core Web Vitals monitoring
- Search and AI-answer structure, so people can actually find you
- Written response to any request within one business day
How changes work
On most plans there's no monthly quota and no hourly allowance. Rewrite a page, update your roster, swap a photo, change your hours, add a service to a list that's already there. As often as you need. We work requests one at a time, in the order they arrive, and start the next when the current one ships. Your plan's turnaround is how long a request takes once we begin it. Almost nobody has more than one thing waiting, and anything urgent can jump the queue if you tell us. New construction is different: a component built from scratch, a page type your site doesn't have yet, a redesign, or new functionality. We quote those in writing before starting, and we tell you the moment a request crosses that line rather than afterward. The test is whether we're maintaining what you have or building something new.
You can see what you're paying for
Maintenance is invisible when it goes well. A month where nothing broke looks, from the outside, like a month where nothing happened. So every client gets a written report in their portal. Uptime, every change we made, how the site performed, search and listing activity, and store orders where they apply. Monthly on most plans, quarterly on the entry tier. Plain language, not a dashboard you have to interpret.
What well-built means for a practice
Your site loads fast on a parent's phone in a parking lot. It works for visitors using screen readers. When someone asks Google, or an AI assistant, about services like yours, your practice is structured to turn up in the answer. None of that requires you to learn anything. It's just how the site gets built and kept.
Your first month
Week 1
Kickoff in writing. You answer one structured questionnaire about your practice. That's the biggest ask we'll ever make of your time.
Week 2
Content and structure drafted. You review and comment in writing, on your schedule.
Week 3
Build and revisions.
Week 4
Launch, with a written handoff of everything that changed.
What we don't do
We don't run ads on your site, sell your traffic data, or lock you in. Your domain is yours and your content is yours. Prepay a year if you want the discount, and if you leave partway through we refund the unused months. We also don't let software improvise to the people who contact you. On practice sites, no AI ever writes back to a family. Every confirmation is static text a person wrote and approved, and that commitment is in the contract. On service business sites we won't put a chatbot on your site either, and nothing goes out under your name without a person reading it first.
Start with the right next step.
Practices start with a free Referral-Readiness Audit. Service businesses have their own quote path. Either way it's in writing, with no sales call.
