How people find a practice
Very few people search for a practice by name. They search for what they need: a trauma therapist in their city, an ADHD evaluation for a teenager, a counselor who takes their insurance, someone they can see this week. A single homepage can't rank for all of those. Each concern, population, and location needs its own clear page that answers the question someone actually typed. Most practice sites have a services page with a bulleted list, which gives search engines very little to work with. The other half of local search is the map. When someone searches near them, three Google listings often show up above every website. Your Google Business Profile and your site have to tell the same story.
What's included
- A keyword map built from your specialties, populations, locations, and insurance panels
- A page for each specialty or concern, written for the way people search in your area
- New pages or articles every month: one on Launch, two on Growth, four on Multi-Location
- Clinician bios written from short interviews, so nobody writes their own
- Page titles, descriptions, headings, and internal links handled on every page
- Technical SEO: speed, Core Web Vitals, sitemaps, and clean page structure
- Google Search Console connected and watched
- A monthly report showing what we published and how search visibility moved
Who writes it, and who approves it
We draft every page and article. Someone at your practice approves it before it publishes, and your practice stays responsible for clinical accuracy. Most approvals take a few minutes. We write in plain language, and we don't make claims about outcomes or promise results from treatment. Where your licensing board limits testimonials or certain kinds of language, we follow your board's rules. If you'd rather write a piece yourself, send it over and we'll edit, format, and publish it.
What to expect, honestly
SEO is slow. New pages usually take a few months to settle into search results, and competitive specialties in large cities take longer. Anyone promising first-page rankings in thirty days is guessing or cutting corners that can hurt you later. What you can count on is the work itself: new content every month, on schedule, and a report that shows plainly what moved and what didn't. If we miss a month's content delivery, that month's fee is waived.
What it costs
SEO and content come with the Referral-Ready Presence Plan, along with your website, AI visibility work, Google profile, and unlimited changes. Practice SEO on its own commonly costs several hundred to a couple of thousand dollars a month. The first five practices pay no setup fee: $399, $599, or $899 a month, locked for two years. Standard pricing starts at $499 a month.
Questions about SEO and content
How much new content do we get?
One a month on Launch, two on Growth, and four on Multi-Location. Early on, most of it goes to the specialty and location pages that bring in the most searches. Articles come after the core pages exist.
Will you write about clinical topics?
We write educational content about the concerns you treat, the way you work, and what a first visit looks like, in plain language. We don't give clinical advice or make outcome claims, and your practice approves everything before it goes live.
Do you use AI to write content?
Yes. AI helps with research and first drafts. A person edits every piece for accuracy and voice, and your practice approves it before it publishes.
Can we send our own articles?
Yes. Send it in any format and we'll edit it lightly, format it, add it to the right place on the site, and publish it.
Do you do link building?
Not the spammy kind. For a local practice, the links and mentions that matter are your Google profile, accurate directory listings, local organizations, and referral partners. We keep those consistent, and Growth and up include directory listings like Psychology Today.
Can you guarantee first-page rankings?
No one honestly can. We guarantee the work and the schedule, and the report shows you exactly where you stand each month.
