What a practice website has to do

A referring physician, a school counselor, or a parent will look at your site before they pick up the phone. In a minute or two on a phone screen, they want to know who sees teens or couples, which clinicians are taking new clients, whether you take their insurance, and how to send someone your way. If the roster lists people who left or the insurance page is a year old, most of them won't tell you. They'll call the next practice on the list. The site also carries obligations a general web designer rarely thinks about: accessibility for every visitor, intake forms that don't collect more than they should, and language about treatment written with a clinical context in mind.

What we build

  • Clinician pages with specialties, populations served, and who's accepting new clients
  • A page for each specialty or concern you treat, written for the way people search
  • An insurance and fees page you can update with one email
  • A page for referring providers with clear steps for sending a client
  • Intake forms that ask only what's needed to respond, and say so
  • Location pages with hours, parking, and accessibility details
  • Fast, mobile-first pages built to accessibility practices aligned with WCAG 2.1 Level AA
  • Structured data on every page, so search engines and AI assistants read your facts correctly
  • A link to your existing online scheduling, if you use one

Built on our own platform

Every Goodform site runs on the Goodform platform, which we built and maintain ourselves. There are no plugins to update, no theme that breaks after an update, and no third-party page builder deciding what's possible. You own your domain and your content from day one. If you're moving from an existing site, we bring your content over and map every old address to its new one, so the search traffic you've earned isn't lost in the move.

How the build works

  1. Week 1. Kickoff in writing.

You fill out one structured questionnaire about your practice, clinicians, and services. That's the biggest ask we'll make of your time.

  2. Week 2. Draft.

We draft the structure and the content. You review and comment in writing, on your schedule. Clinician bios come from short interviews, so nobody has to write their own.

  3. Week 3. Build.

We build the site and work through your revisions.

  4. Week 4. Launch and check.

We run the same Referral-Readiness Audit on the new site that we ran on your old one. If it doesn't pass at launch, you pay no monthly fee until it does.

What it costs

The website comes with the Referral-Ready Presence Plan, so there's no separate website bill. The first five practices pay no setup fee: $399, $599, or $899 a month depending on size, locked for two years. Standard pricing starts at $499 a month plus a one-time build fee, which you can spread across your first year.

Questions about practice websites

Can you move our existing site?

Usually, yes. The free Referral-Readiness Audit tells you what we'd keep, fix, or rebuild. When we move a site, every old page address is redirected to its new one so you don't lose search traffic.

Who owns the website?

Your domain and your content are yours from day one. If you leave, you get your content and a written transition plan.

Can you connect our online scheduling?

Yes. A link or button to the booking page your practice already uses is included. A deeper integration with your EHR or practice management system is new construction, quoted in writing before any work starts.

How long does a new site take?

About four weeks from kickoff. Your total time is roughly two hours, almost all of it in writing.

Do your forms collect patient health information?

No. Forms collect the minimum needed to respond, and we don't build patient portals or anything that stores clinical information under a standard agreement.
